Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll keep your plan benefits until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
You can pay with PayPal or any major credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PayPal works for monthly, yearly and lifetime plans. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Mollie; we never see your card or PayPal login.
What happens if I exceed my daily limit?▼
You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. On the free plan your download resets at midnight UTC every day. Pro has no daily limit at all — and the desktop app downloads on your own machine, so it's faster too.
Is there a free trial?▼
The Free tier is your trial! Use it as long as you want with 3 downloads per day. Upgrade when you need more.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?▼
Free gives you 3 downloads per day at 480p with a 20-minute limit. Pro removes the daily limit entirely and adds 4K quality, unlimited video length, playlist downloads, subtitle downloads, and audio extraction. You also get the desktop app for Windows and Mac, which downloads locally at your connection's full speed.
Why is YouTube Pro-only?▼
YouTube downloads go through our premium residential-proxy infrastructure to stay reliable and avoid bot-detection blocks. It's more expensive to run, so we include it with Pro. TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, X, Facebook, Pinterest, Bluesky, and SoundCloud are still fully free.
What's the difference between batch and playlist downloads?▼
Batch downloads let you paste multiple URLs at once. Playlist downloads automatically detect YouTube playlists and let you select which videos to download.
